Remember how we all gathered after school at this famous Hamlet business in the 1950's. Its Soda Fountain was our local watering hole. This is where you sat with the "love" of your life as you sipped "vanilla cokes", or, made a date for the week-end with that new person in town. Hearts were melted, broken and joined together here.

These two former HHS Classmates were in the Navy together back in 1956. Charlie now resides in California and Commodore Perry was a telegrapher for the Railroad in Hamlet after his service.
